try an almay type of lotion... I have combo skin, and they have products for each skin type.

It frees the excess oils and allows them to permeate in the skin.





The oil will return since oily skin is... oily.





Soaps have a high PH (an acid) vs salt. Salt water is close to the chemistry of your blood - so it's easier on your skin.
Try Lancome's Hydrazen. It is worth the investment.

I use CALI oil blotting moisturizer. It really works because it takes away most of the oil from my face.
Neutrogena Moisture Oil Free Formula but get a type that depends on if you have sensitive skin or not
try neutragena oil free moisturizer
I suggest getting all Neutrogena for your skin needs. My girlfriend's facialist highly recommended these products.
