L'Oreal has a breathable, long wearing compact powdery foundation with SPF17. It has a moderately full coverage with a matte look. Definitely oily skin friendly product. Another one to consider is Bare Minerals. I highly recommend Bare Minerals for I have been using their product for 15 years. My skin never broke out with Bare Minerals. Again everyone has a different skin chemistry, so I gave you two different lines for you to try out.
I'd say a mineral powder...it's not liquid based, so it won't make your skin look more oily, and it won't clog up your pores and cause acne (which is especially great if you often forget to wash your make up off before bed). PLUS, it looks more natural and they say it covers stuff up better (which I've found to be true).

Use Matte Foundation instead of liquid foundtion


However if your not that good at applying foundation then you could end up with a very caked on look with a matte foudation
