Clinique or Merle Norman better for oily skin?

I have very oily and sensitive skin with huge pores and have used merle norman for years. Lately they have changed their product line and I am not as happy with it as before. I am thinking of trying clinique foundation and powder. Anyone have any expereience with either of these two? I don't want to spend all the money to switch if Clinique is pretty equal to MN. Thanks :)Clinique or Merle Norman better for oily skin?
CLINIQUE CLINIQUE CLINIQUE!!! Especially if you are sensitive! Every single one of Clinique's products is allergy tested which means they gather 600 volunteers who have skin sensitivity and test each persons skin 12 times and if any one person has a reaction, that product never hits the counter. You can go to the counter and get skin typed. They will ask you a series of questions to determine which skin type you are and recommend your custom 3 step system. I'm guessing you'll probably be a 2 to start then work your way up to a 3. You will use the oily skin soap, #2 clarifying lotion (small bottle), and dramatically different moisturizing gel. Then, you can choose to use other products in addition to your 3 step like oil blotting sheets or t-zone oil control gel. I would also reccomend the Superfit foundation and StayMatte pressed power. Oh and for your pores, Clinique has a pore smoothing serum that you just put on over your moisturizer but under your foundation and it will fill in pores and create a smooth surface for your makeup. I have used Clinique for years and could never use anything else!Clinique or Merle Norman better for oily skin?
I have oily skin too, especially i the T zone, but im now using maybelline powder, the oil and shin free. You can find it anywhere and its costs about $8.00. And it works like charm! Try it, you will not be disappointed
merle norman is extremely expensive, and i found it gave me more pimples. try clinique, it's supposed to help your oily skin. clinique= clinically tested
I never tried Merle Norman but if you want to switch to clinique, theb go ahead. I liked their foundation that was for oily skin and it looked so natural on me. Or you can use a tinted moisterizer that is lightweight and sheer.
Clinique
You should use the Merle Norman Delicate Balance if you are not satisfied with Oily skin line. You should try the Shine Control Lotion for the oily places it absorbs the oil, and definitely stay away from the Total Finish foundation. It has alot of added oil. Use the Smart Finish or the Lasting foundation instead, neither of those have added oil. And do not forget to use toner(to minimize the pores) and moisturizer before applying makeup. If you don't moisturize oily skin, it will produce more oil.
Clinique for sure. I am very oily and Merle Norman does not even last 2 hours on my face-
either one Arbourne is great skin care stuff I realey love it but thats me good luck
Clinique is known for thier skincare...They have a new basic moisturizer for oily skin that is awesome and they also have a new foundation called perfectly real...although if you are really oily you may still prefer thier Clarifying makeup(its not just for breakouts)...
I have never used Merle Norman products, but Clinique is great for skin. All products are 100% hypoallergenic, and also oil free. There are some great products for oily skin, like perfectly real compact makeup. Also the clinique 3 step skin care line for oily skin is awesome! Clinique is known for skin-friendly, natural looking makeup. Merle Norman, not so much!
