Will drinking more water prevent my skin from getting too oily during the day?

No but eating less oil will. Also, washing your face too often can stimulate oil glands to produce more oil. It seems counter-intuitive but you should actually avoid overwashing. Only wash your face at most twice a day, and do not use strong soaps. Use a clay mask once a week to control the oil.

Itmay also help to do a body cleanse once every 2 months. Eat green vegetables, egg whites and drink 8 glasses of water for 3 days. After Day 3, add fish. After Day 5, add whole grains. Will drinking more water prevent my skin from getting too oily during the day?
Now this is to easy a question, we know we need water to live, it helps the body with keeping our complexion clean and clear it also help reduce oil build up in the hair follicles but it also helps maintain our kidneys and our liver, to break down the acids in our bodies, so yes, I'd say it will help, and leave the salts and the sugars alone for awhile, especially soda's they contain quite allot of corn sweeteners and sodium which is very hard for the body to digest, if you need a sugar boost try an apple, try any fruit for a natural sugar boost and if you crave sodium try sea-salt or 1/2 sodium, which you can find in any store- grocery or wal-mart grocery
