Does oily skin reduce skin complexion?

Pls gimme sources from the net if possible. (Tried a google search...no satisfactory results)Does oily skin reduce skin complexion?
Complexion refers to the natural colour, texture and appearance of the skin especially of the face so oily skin is your complexion it does not reduce it. However, people like me with oily skin can tend to have larger pores, shiny forehead, nose and chin and a tendency to 'breakout'.

I control my oiliness using a pH balanced cleanser (the one I use is from the chemist called Cetaphil, which is reasonably cheap); I then tone my skin to tighten the pores before moisturising. Moisturising is still an important step in skincare even when your skin is oily.

yes
You can't generalise it , usually as oil skin is prone to acne they tend to spoil your complexion . If you don't have pimples then it is great .
