My skin has recently gotten very oily. Are there any at home remedies to help?

It isn't that bad, but I just don't like it. And I've become obsessed with thoes oil absorbing pads.My skin has recently gotten very oily. Are there any at home remedies to help?
Night and day: Wash face with a good cleanser, then use a mattifying or pore-reducing toner. In the morning, apply a light non-comedogenic sunscreen.

try drinking more water, eating more fruit, stressing less and sleeping more. :) My dad says stress and stuff makes his skin oily lol. And when he stopped stressing and got enough sleep the skin went less oily. I thinnk its more what you eat and do rather than what you put on that contributes to the getting rid of pmples. But i could be wrong :D Hmm wat else... Use cetaphil facial cleanser? Ive been hearing thats good for pimple prone and oily sensitive skin. Hope this helps.. mine? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?鈥?/a>
